Here you see exactly how it works in momoscreen – with the same words you find in the app. The basics are ready in a few minutes. Everything else you add whenever you want.

Already have a printed or PDF menu? Tap “Copy my menu from a photo” instead of “Add Category” to digitize your menu without retyping it.

Each part works on its own and takes products and prices from your categories. Many start with the QR menu and add the screen later. You decide.

Your products become an A4 menu in the look of your QR menu. Print it yourself or take the PDF to a print shop.
In the app: “Menu Boards”
Put your menu on screen
Your menu on the TV in your shop – with the same products and prices as in the QR menu.
No browser on your TV?
Plug in a Fire TV Stick, Chromecast with Google TV or an Android TV box – or connect a laptop via HDMI.
Several boards taking turns?
Under “Animated Boards” you choose the boards, their order, the effect and how long each one is shown.

Translate your menu
For tourists: your menu in up to 3 more languages. Guests pick their language at the top of the QR menu.
After that, momoscreen translates every change automatically once you tap “Save”.

Turn on table reservations
Guests request a table through your QR menu. In the dashboard you see the whole week and confirm with one tap.
First, in “Settings”: your “Opening hours” (days off set to “Closed”, holidays under “Closed days”) and your address.

The most common questions when getting started.
What do I need to get started?
A phone or a computer with internet. For the menu on screen, you need a device with a browser – for example a smart TV or a TV with a Fire TV Stick.
Do I have to set up everything at once?
No. The basics – sign up, first category, business details – take a few minutes. QR menu, special menus, the printable menu, Menu Boards, translation and table reservations you add whenever you want.
How do I change prices or products later?
Log in, change it under “Categories”, save. The change appears automatically in the QR menu, in your special menus and on all screens. Your print menu picks up the new prices the next time you open it – just print it again.
Where do guests see my special menu?
At the top of your QR menu, as its own button – once you've added it on the “QR menu” page and saved. Up to 10 special menus work at the same time, for example a lunch menu and a seasonal menu.
Can I print a special menu too?
Yes. In “Print menu”, under “Pages”, you pick your special menu for a row instead of a category. It's printed in full; with “Different every day”, by day of the week.
Do I need internet all the time?
For loading and updating, yes. Once the menu is loaded, it stays visible even if the internet drops out for a moment. After that, it picks up the changes by itself.
Can I use several screens?
Yes, as many as you like. Each Menu Board has its own link – for example one for the counter and one for the shop window.
Do I need a registered company?
No. momoscreen is for your business, not for private use – you confirm that with a tick when you sign up. You don't need a company registration; that also goes for sole traders and family businesses.
