What's happening at Quandoo
Last day for new reservations through Quandoo.
The services for guests end. Reservations that are already booked stay valid.
Website, app and system are switched off. Until then, you can export your reservations and guest lists.
Export your data in time – after 31 Dec 2026 you can't anymore.

How it works
Reservations straight from your QR menu
Your guests

Tap “Reserve a table” in the QR menu or the booking link on Google Maps.

Pick the day, time and number of guests: 1 to 20 people, up to 90 days ahead, only at times when you're open.

Enter name, phone and email, then confirm the email.
You
- The request comes in via the bell in the app and by email.
- Say yes or no with one tap. The guest gets your answer in their language, with a calendar entry.
- You add reservations made by phone to the same list.

What's different with momoscreen
No portal
Guests don't find you through a platform, but through your Google listing, the QR code on the table, your website or Instagram. In return, they book directly with you.
Request, not instant booking
You confirm every reservation yourself. That way you keep track of your tables.
No table plan
momoscreen doesn't assign tables automatically – you decide on every request.
No import
You can't bring over your Quandoo guest list. New reservations land in your momoscreen list from day one.

Can I bring over my Quandoo reservations?
There's no import. According to Quandoo, reservations that are already booked stay valid. If you need them, add them to your momoscreen list with “Add reservation”.
What does momoscreen cost?
Nothing. No subscription, no fee per booking.
Will guests find me without a portal?
Through Google Maps: with your booking link, guests book right from your Google listing. On top of that, there's the QR code on the table, your website and Instagram.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Everything runs in the browser on their phone: scan the QR code or open the link, book, confirm the email.
How soon can I get started?
That depends on your menu. Turning on reservations itself takes a few minutes. For Google, allow a few days if your profile isn't verified yet.
What happens to my guests' data?
momoscreen tidies up by itself: unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days, notes 30 days after the visit, and 6 months after the visit the guest data is anonymized.
