To be honest

Orders are the heart of GloriaFood. momoscreen doesn't take orders and doesn't collect money. If you sell online for pickup or delivery, you need an ordering system for that. momoscreen takes care of everything around it, for free, right alongside.

Reservations

How your reservations move over

Table reservations are where GloriaFood and momoscreen have the most in common. That's why this part of the move is especially easy: you add the tables that are already booked, and new requests come in at momoscreen from then on.

Just like GloriaFood

  • Guests book online, around the clock.
  • You accept or decline every request yourself.
  • No fee per guest or per booking.

Different at momoscreen

  • Guests book through your QR menu: at the table, through your link on Google, on your website or on Instagram.
  • The guest first confirms their email address. So only real requests come in.
  • Once you say yes, the guest gets an email with a calendar entry and a link to cancel.

What this looks like day to day is on the page free table booking system. How to add the new link on Google is explained in the guide add a booking link to Google Maps.

Menu

Your menu comes along – no retyping

Your menu is already in GloriaFood. Just take a screenshot of it or use the PDF of your printed menu. momoscreen reads the categories, dishes and prices, and you check and save. Then it's in your QR menu, translated if you like.

  • Photos, screenshots (JPG, PNG, WebP) and PDFs all work, even mixed.
  • If a dish comes in two sizes, each size becomes its own line with its own price.
  • Write extras like “add cheese” into the description, or create a category of their own called “Extras”.
  • There are no order buttons: guests read the menu and order from your staff.

More about reading in your menu, including what it can't do, is on the page menu to QR code.

On top

What you didn't have with GloriaFood

Once your menu is in momoscreen, you can do more with it than a QR menu. You use the same dishes and prices for the TV, the printed menu and daily specials. And your team can pitch in.

Menu Boards for your TV
Change the price of the cappuccino, and the TV above the counter shows it too.
  • Menu to print

30 styles with a QR code, as a PDF or printed right away. With the same dishes as your QR menu.

  • Special menus

Lunch menu or daily specials: dishes from your menu, planned by weekday, right at the top of your QR menu.

  • Logins for your team

Up to 5 people with their own login and their own permissions, for example only for reservations.

How your menu gets onto the TV is shown on the page digital menu board.

Both side by side

Until April 2027, simply use both

You don't have to switch overnight. momoscreen costs nothing and has no contract, so it simply runs alongside GloriaFood. Move one thing after another, in the order that suits your place. Our suggestion:

  • Reservations in one place only

Always take reservations through one system only. If requests come in through GloriaFood and momoscreen at the same time, the same table can get booked twice.

  • Two menus, two places

Your ordering system has a menu of its own. If you change a price, you have to change it there and in momoscreen, because the two aren't connected.

  • Both links on Google

On Google, you add the booking link from momoscreen and the order link from your ordering system. That way every guest finds the right way in.
