  • 30 styles
  • 7 languages

The page fills up category by category. Plus a cover page with a QR code to your QR menu.

Sound familiar?

No more retyping and crossing out

A paper menu is quick to make. Until the first price changes.

Until now

  • Finding a Word template and bending it into shape
  • Typing out every dish and every price
  • Price changed? Cross it out and write over it
  • Or paying a designer for every change
With momoscreen

Tick dishes, print. Done.

Names, prices and descriptions come from your categories, the same as in your QR menu. You just tick what goes on paper. No retyping, no designer, no print shop.

Fill the pages

A page in a few taps

Each page has rows, each row one or two columns. A column holds a category, with the dishes you tick. The preview shows the printed page right away.

  1. 1Choose a category: its dishes are on the page right away
  2. 2“Choose dishes”: tick what goes on it
  3. 3“2 columns”: a second category next to it

Tip

Long category? Spread it over 2 pages.

  • Choose the same category on the next page. Only the dishes that aren't on a page yet get ticked.
  • New dishes aren't added by themselves, so no page overflows. You tick them when they should go on.
  • Up to 12 pages, each with up to 6 rows. Plus a cover page if you like.

Always up to date

Price changed? Just print again

The menu only remembers which dishes go on it. It takes the names and prices fresh from your categories every time. Open, print, done.

Paper you've already printed doesn't change, of course. So after a price change, quickly print again.

Your look

Looks like your QR menu

The same 30 styles and the same 3 colors as your QR menu. A new menu starts in the look of your QR menu. So the paper on the table matches your guests' phones.

Your 3 colors: Background · Text · Boxes

  • Just for this menuYou can also pick a different style for the printed menu. Your QR menu keeps its look.
  • Bigger or smaller textWith smaller text, more dishes fit on a page. Show descriptions, or save the space.

Languages and QR code

One menu, several languages

Print the menu in the original or in any language you've translated your QR menu into. For example a French menu for tourists.

  • Nothing missingIf a text isn't translated yet, it's printed in your language. The app shows you how many texts that is.
  • QR code to your QR menuIt's on the cover page, or at the bottom of the last page if there's no cover. Guests scan it and see your whole menu on their phone, in your other languages too.
  • The fixed words too“Opening hours” and the line under the QR code are in the menu's language.

What for

A menu for every spot

Create several menus, each with its own pages and look. They're all saved, and you print whichever one you need right now.

  • Menu for the table

For every table, e.g. in a folder or a menu stand.

  • Notice in the window or on the door

People walking by can see from outside what you serve.

  • Drinks or lunch menu

A separate menu with just a few categories. Or with your special menu: the lunch menu goes on paper sorted by weekday.

  • Takeaway menu

For pickup and delivery: guests have your menu at hand at home.

You can save up to 20 menus, e.g. a table menu, a drinks menu and a takeaway menu. Open and reprint any of them at any time.

For a nice print

If you use “Print”, go to “More settings” in the print window:

  • Light styles save ink.
  • Most printers leave a thin white edge. For color up to the edge, use the PDF and take it to a copy shop.

Questions

Questions about the print menu

Your question isn't here? Email us at info@momoscreen.com – we're happy to help.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The print menu is part of momoscreen, with no subscription and no setup fee. You print it yourself, on your own printer or at a copy shop.

How many pages can my menu have?

Up to 12 A4 pages, plus a cover page if you like. Each page has up to 6 rows with one or two columns each.

I've added a new dish. Is it on the menu automatically?

No, so your pages don't overflow. Open the menu, tap “Choose dishes” at its category under “Pages” and tick the new dish. The names and prices of the dishes on the menu, however, are always up to date.

Can I have the menu printed at a copy shop?

Yes. “Download PDF” saves each page as a full A4 page with color up to the edge. Take or send the PDF to the copy shop.

Which languages can I print in?

In the original or in any language of your QR menu: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese or Turkish. Texts that aren't translated yet are printed in your language.

Can I print my lunch menu?

Yes. Under “Pages”, choose your special menu for a column instead of a category, e.g. “Lunch menu”. It's always printed in full, sorted by weekday for “Different every day”.

What's on the cover page?

Your logo, your name, address and phone number, plus a short welcome text that you can change. If you like, your opening hours and the QR code to your QR menu. You can also leave the cover page out.

How many menus can I create?

Up to 20, e.g. a table menu, a drinks menu and a takeaway menu. Each one stays saved, and you can reprint it at any time.

Does the printed menu change my QR menu?

No. Style, language and dish selection only apply to the printed menu. Your QR menu and your dishes stay as they are.
