Guide
Add your menu to Google Maps – with one link.
Many guests look at your menu on Google before they come. Here you see how your QR menu gets onto your Google Business Profile as your menu. After that, you only change prices in momoscreen.
You need your QR menu and a verified Google Business Profile.
Why it matters
Guests read your menu before they come
People looking for a café or a takeaway nearby often start on Google Maps. Many of them tap “Menu” there. If there's nothing – or an old photo with the wrong prices – they might go somewhere else.
With your menu link on Google
- Guests see your real menu with prices – straight from your Google listing.
- You change a price once in momoscreen. Your menu on Google is updated automatically.
- If you've set up languages, guests pick theirs at the top of your QR menu. Handy for tourists.
- It costs nothing: the Google Business Profile and momoscreen are free.
Step 1
Copy your menu link
Your QR menu has a fixed link. It always stays the same, even when you change prices or dishes later. This is the link Google gets.
In the app: “QR menu”
Open your QR menu
Open momoscreen and tap “QR menu”. Still empty? Tap “Add categories”, tick your categories, tap “Add to QR menu” and then “Save”.
In the “Share” card
Copy the link
Under “Your menu link” you see the address of your QR menu. Tap “Copy link”. With “Preview” you see your QR menu exactly as your guests see it.
TipThe button is grey? Then your QR menu is still empty or not saved yet. The app tells you below what's missing.
One link for everything
It's the same link as behind the QR code on your tables. You can also put it in your Instagram bio or on your website.
Step 2
Add your menu to your Google Business Profile
Sign in with the Google Account your Business Profile belongs to. Then you can do it on Google Search or in the Google Maps app. Pick whichever you like.
On Google Search (computer or phone)
Open your profile
Search Google for “my business”. Then you see your Business Profile.
Open “Contact”
Tap “Edit profile”, then “Business information” and “Contact”. On a computer, you usually find “Contact” right under “Edit profile”.
Paste the link and save
Paste your link into “Menu link” and tap “Save”. On a phone: press and hold in the field, then tap “Paste”.
In the Google Maps app
Open your profile
Tap “Business” at the bottom right, then “Edit profile”.
Paste the link and save
Choose “Business information” and “Contact”. Paste your link into “Menu link” and tap “Save”.
Your profile must be verified.
Google only allows links on verified profiles. You don't have a profile yet, or Google hasn't verified it? Our table reservation guide shows you how to create one.
Create and verify your profileGoogle checks changes.
Google checks your link before it shows up on Google. This can take a few days.
Step 3
Check your menu on Google Maps
Once your link is live, look at your place through your guests' eyes.
Find your place
Open Google Maps and search for the name of your place and your city, for example “Café Lina Bristol”.
Open the menu
Tap “Menu” in your listing. Your link opens your QR menu – just like the QR code on the table.
Google shows a different menu?
Google sometimes collects menus from several sources, for example photos from guests. If you see more than one, pick your preferred one under “Edit menu” in the “Full menu” tab. You can flag an out-of-date photo from a guest for removal.
Your benefit
New price? Once is enough.
On Google, your link always points to your QR menu. When you change a price in momoscreen and tap “Save”, guests on Google automatically see the new menu. No typing it in twice, no new photo.
The same goes for:
- new dishes in your categories
- “Sold out”
- special menus like your lunch menu
- the translations for your guests

Add a booking button while you're at it
With momoscreen, guests can also request a table – right from your Google listing. For that, you add your booking link on Google as well. Free, with no fee per booking.
How it works – from turning it on in the app to the button on Google – we show you in a separate guide.

Quick answers
What most owners want to know before they put their menu on Google.
Does it cost anything?
No. The Google Business Profile is free, and so is momoscreen: no subscription, no fees.
How do I update my menu on Google when a price changes?
You don't have to do anything on Google. The link always points to your QR menu. You change the price in momoscreen and tap “Save”. Your menu on Google is updated automatically.
Where do I add my menu to my Google Business Profile?
Under “Edit profile” → “Business information” → “Contact” → “Menu link”. You can't see the field? Check that you're signed in with the right Google Account and that Google has verified your profile. Google offers menus to food and drink businesses such as cafés, restaurants and bars – does your category fit?
Why isn't Google showing my link yet?
Google checks new links before they show up, and only shows them on verified profiles. This can take a few days. Then take another look at your listing.
Can guests read the menu in their language?
Yes, if you've set up languages: in “Settings”, card “Your business”, under “Choose languages” (up to 3). Guests then pick their language at the top of your QR menu. On Google, it stays the same link.
Do my guests need an app?
No. The link opens your QR menu in the browser on their phone. No download, no account.
Can I also upload photos of my menu to Google?
Yes. Under “Edit menu” → “Photos of menu” you upload photos or a PDF. But a photo shows the prices from the day you took it. When a price changes, you have to replace it yourself.
