Which resmio plan lets your team in
resmio is a booking system from Nuremberg, Germany, made for restaurants in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with customers across Europe. It publishes its prices in euros. Reservations come with the free BASIC plan. According to resmio's help pages, extra users start with PREMIUM.

- All prices are net, plus VAT.
- The minimum contract term is 12 months. Paid yearly, PREMIUM costs €62.91 a month.
- The plan is per restaurant: each extra location needs its own.
- First year of PREMIUM, paid monthly: 12 × €69.90 = €838.80 excl. VAT.
resmio charges no commission on reservations and doesn't cap online reservations. It names no price per person: the plan is per restaurant, however big your team is.

Permissions
Who on your team can do what?
Your own login only helps if not everyone can do everything. With momoscreen, you choose what a person may do when you invite them. They don't even see the other pages, and you can change it any time.

At resmio, from PREMIUM
resmio's help pages name three roles. Only the owner can invite and remove users.
- Waiter
- Sees and edits bookings, vouchers, tickets, events and orders. Not the settings or the facility account.
- Manager
- Limited access to settings and management, without payment details, invoices and user settings.
- Owner
- All settings, plus adding and deleting users.

Changes
One shared account or one login per person
Once several people help out, someone eventually asks: who did that? With momoscreen, everyone signs in as themselves, so every change shows up in the history with a name, whether it's a price, a reservation or a board.
- Every change as a full sentence: who, what, when.
- For your menu, QR menus, boards, reservations and your business.
- Entries stay for 90 days, then they're deleted automatically.
- Reservations only show date, time and party size, never your guests' names.

Where resmio offers more
resmio has a few tools momoscreen doesn't. For a café or a small restaurant, that often doesn't matter much. Still, check what you really need:
Orders
resmio: Pickup, delivery and ordering at the table, with commission.
With momoscreen: Guests read your menu and order from your staff, just like now.
Table plan and waitlist
resmio: From PREMIUM.
With momoscreen: Requests land in one list. When you confirm, you decide where the guests sit.
Deposits
resmio: Add-on at €19.90 a month, included in ULTIMATE.
With momoscreen: No deposits. Guests who can't make it cancel with one click in their email.
Shift plan
resmio: Add-on at €19.90 a month, included in ULTIMATE.
With momoscreen: No staff schedules. momoscreen handles who may do what in the app, not who works when.
If you need a table plan, deposits or online ordering, keep resmio for that. You don't have to cancel anything: you can simply add momoscreen.

You don't have to cancel resmio
momoscreen is free and has no contract. So you can keep resmio for what you use it for and add momoscreen for what resmio doesn't have: your menu on the TV in your restaurant. resmio's overview of all its features lists no menu for screens.

Reservations: pick one system
If requests come in through two systems, the same table can be booked twice. If you take reservations with resmio, just leave them switched off in momoscreen.
Logins only work in momoscreen
A momoscreen login opens nothing in your resmio account. Anyone who should work in resmio gets their access there.
Two menus, two places
If you also show your menu in resmio, for example for orders, you change a price there and in momoscreen. The two aren't connected.

Which resmio plan lets me invite staff?

Is resmio available in the US?

What is resmio's Alias, and does momoscreen have it?
With the Alias, several service staff share one account and pick their name from a list after signing in. That way you see who did what with a reservation. momoscreen does it differently: everyone has their own login with their own password. So every change shows up in the history with a name, including prices, “sold out” and boards.
How many people can I invite to momoscreen?

Can I use momoscreen alongside resmio?
Yes. momoscreen is free and has no contract, so you can use it next to resmio for as long as you like, for example just for the Menu Boards on your TVs. Only for reservations, pick one system: if requests come in through both, a table can be booked twice. If you want to switch completely: according to resmio's help pages, you cancel PREMIUM or ULTIMATE in writing and on time, at the end of the contract term. A BASIC account you delete yourself.
What happens to reservations already booked in resmio?
If you move your reservations to momoscreen, existing bookings aren't copied over automatically. Enter the booked tables with “Add reservation”, and you have them all in one list. From the switch on, new requests come straight in through your QR menu and your link on Google.
Do I have to type my menu in again?
No. Take a photo of your menu or upload a PDF: momoscreen reads the dishes and prices, you check them and save. That's how you turn a menu to QR code from a photo or PDF without typing.
Is momoscreen really free?
Yes. Reservations, the QR menu, Menu Boards and up to 5 people on your team are free. There's no monthly fee, no fee per guest and no contract.
