Why not just share your password?
Because a shared password never stays with one person. With their own logins, you know who gets in, and you take access away again with a few taps.

After that, Max can't open Café Lina. His own account stays, only your business is closed to him. If he comes back, just invite him again.

When you invite someone, you choose what they may do. Three ready-made choices fit most businesses, and with “Custom” you tick the areas yourself. You can change it any time.
What Anna sees
The six areas you can tick yourself
With “Custom” you combine these areas freely, for example service plus TVs. While you tick them, the app shows exactly what's included and what isn't.
Menu
Add and change categories and products, prices, promo prices, descriptions and tags, start translations. “Sold out” is included.
Mark sold out
Only mark products as sold out and available again, and your guests see it on the QR code menu. Names and prices stay as they are.
QR menus
What's on your QR menu and how it looks, languages for guests, special menus like a lunch menu, and menus to print.
Reservations
All bookings from your table booking system with your guests' names and phone numbers, accept or decline requests, add bookings yourself, closed days. The app tells you about new requests.
Menu Boards and TVs
Everything for your digital menu board: design boards, add TVs and choose what they show. Prices aren't changed here.
Business details
Name, address, phone, logo and opening hours, turning reservations on and off. Plus the “Changes” page.
“May do everything” means all six areas, plus inviting people, changing what they may do and removing them. Nobody can change anything about you as the owner.
Invite
How your team joins
All you need is their email address. They get a link, set their own password and they're in. Nothing to install: momoscreen runs in the browser, on phones too.
In the settings under “Team”, tap “People” and “Invite person”, type the address and choose what they may do.
Anna gets an email from momoscreen on your behalf. The button in it works for 7 days.
Anna sees what she may do at Café Lina, enters her name and her own password, and joins.
Your list shows Anna with what she may do. From now on, she sees her pages when she signs in.
Not accepted yet? Open invitations are listed below your team, where you send them again or withdraw them. You and everyone with “May do everything” can invite people once your own email address is confirmed.
Changes
Who changed the price?
Once several people work on the menu, that question comes up. Under “Changes”, the answer is one full sentence: who, what, when. The newest change is at the top.
- Filter by area (Menu, QR menus, Boards, Reservations, Business) and by person under “Changed by”.
- Entries stay for 90 days, then they're deleted automatically.
- You, everyone with “May do everything” and everyone with “Business details” can see it. Service and kitchen don't see the page.
- Reservations only show the date, time and party size, never your guests' names.
Cost
Free for up to 5 people
Up to 5 people on your team are free, not counting you as the owner. Open invitations count too, so you always know how much room is left.

Why shouldn't I just share my password?
A shared password opens everything: prices, opening hours and your guests' details. If someone leaves, you have to change it and tell everyone else the new one. With their own login, each person signs in with their own email address, only sees what they're allowed to, and you remove them with a few taps. Their account stays, but they can't open your business any more.
What can someone with “Service” do, and can I choose the areas myself?
With “Service”, the person sees all reservations, accepts or declines requests, adds reservations themselves and marks products as sold out. They don't change prices, products or your business details. With “Custom”, you tick the areas yourself: Menu, Mark sold out, QR menus, Reservations, Menu Boards and TVs, Business details.
Can I see who changed what, and for how long?
Yes. Under “Changes”, every saved change is listed with a name, date and time, for example “Jake changed the price of Cappuccino from 4.50 to 4.75”. You filter by area and by person. Entries stay for 90 days and are then deleted automatically. You, everyone with “May do everything” and everyone with the “Business details” area can see them.
How do I invite someone, and do they need an app?
In the settings under “Team”, tap “People”, then “Invite person”. Enter the email address and choose what the person may do. They get an email with a link that works for 7 days, enter their name and their own password, and they're in. Nobody has to install anything: momoscreen runs in the browser, on a phone as well as a computer.
What does it cost, and how many people can I add?
Up to 5 people are free, not counting you as the owner. Open invitations count too. If your team is full, withdraw an invitation or remove a person. Need more than 5 people? Write to us through the contact form.
Can I change or take back access later?
Yes, any time. In your list, tap the three dots next to the person and choose “Change what Anna may do” or “Remove Anna”. You and everyone with “May do everything” can do that. Nobody can change anything about you as the owner, and you can't be removed.
